We are happy to provide a free in-house consultation so that we can work with you to identify the best plan of action for your project. Our consultant will be able to give you an estimate within 1 – 2 weeks.

After you give us the green light to start planning, we will draft up a project proposal for your solarium. Our consultant will provide an in-house proposal presentation to ensure that your selections suit your needs. It will take us roughly 1-7 working days to draft up our thorough proposal.

Next, after you give our proposal your stamp of approval, we will start the process to apply to the city for a permit. It will take between 3-6 weeks to prepare the architectural drawings, the engineering review and submit to the planning and building department for approval.
